Training without proper nutrition is like building a house without a foundation. Our nutrition coaching service provides personalised macro targets, meal structure, food swaps, and ongoing dietary management — all practical and tailored to the Indian food environment.

We don't give you a 7-day cookie-cutter meal plan and disappear. We teach you the principles, adjust as your body responds, and build nutritional competence you carry for life. Available as a standalone service or bundled with any training programme.

Your first session starts with a brief consultation — we'll ask about your goals, training history, any injuries or limitations, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, you'll get a basic fitness assessment and an intro workout to help our coaches understand your current level. No pressure, no competition — just a productive, welcoming start to your journey.
Absolutely. Many of our best transformation stories started with members who had never touched a barbell in their life. Our coaches are experienced at teaching movement from scratch, and we'll meet you exactly where you are. Beginners are given extra attention on form and technique before any load is added.
Most members report feeling stronger and more energetic within 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically become noticeable around weeks 4–8 depending on consistency, nutrition, and your starting point. Significant body composition changes generally take 3–6 months of consistent training and nutrition. We'll track your progress throughout so you always have objective data to measure against.

You don't need to give up your favourite foods or follow extreme diets. We'll build a sustainable approach that fits your life while supporting your goals. Commercial gyms sell memberships. Fab Physique sells results. The key differences: personalised programming (not generic templates), coaches who actively track your progress and adjust your plan, a physique-focused training methodology, and a community of like-minded people who hold each other accountable. We're not interested in your subscription — we're interested in your transformation.
Yes, with appropriate modifications. Our coaches are trained to work around common injuries and physical limitations. We'll ask you about any relevant medical history before building your programme, and adapt exercises where needed. For serious medical conditions, we'll ask you to get clearance from your doctor before starting. Safety always comes first.
Gym timings are approximately 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM on weekdays and 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Sundays — but please confirm directly with the gym as these may vary.
